Refund Policy

1. Refund Methods
For eligible returns, customers may choose between:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit issued as a non-expiring digital gift card

If a refund is selected, it will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card with no expiration and can be used on any future purchase.


2. Return & Refund Timeline
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 7 business days.


3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within the 14-day return window
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned after the 14-day period
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Shipping fees (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the item received is defective or not as described:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • You are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs

5. Store Credit (Digital Gift Cards)
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.

If preferred, store credit will be issued instead of a refund to the original payment method.
